Ball Boy

Medium: Enamel on tinplate clockwork toy, with wooden balls

Dimensions: 22cm × 10cm x 4.5cm

I'd estimate that I have been trying to buy one of these toys for about three years, and this is the first I've found that both functions and includes the original wooden balls.

It still runs beautifully- but it was made in Germany, so is that really surprise?

When wound the propeller atop the elephant's nose spins and the balls travel to the top of the tower, roll down the ramp, and fall through the elephant's ring.
