My engagement ring is a fox head, and years ago, before I had any grasp on the notion that making jewellery could be within my reach, I longed to find someone (as well as the finances) to have a tail ring made to encircle its face.

I was thinking about having a crack at that tail, when I decided that a fox in its entirety would make a great band. Carved in wax, (not once, but three times before I got it right) and cast in 925 sterling silver.
